Project Plan
| Prepared for: | Boldyn Networks |
| Prepared by: | madeXus |
| Date: | March 2026 |
Pressure-test and refine Boldyn's core value proposition into a single, defensible statement — Why Boldyn — through dynamic interviews with AI-built thought leader personas imbued with Boldyn's real buyer attributes.
The output feeds directly into global messaging, executive communications, and sales enablement.
Format: Synthetic panel (n=8) — AI personas built from Boldyn-identified thought leaders and vertical-specific buyer attributes.
Dynamic IDIs: Structured 60-minute interviews conducted against each persona. The personas respond as real respondents would — with the biases, priorities, language, and decision criteria observed in Boldyn's market.
Panel Design:
Each interview follows a five-section structure:
| Section | Focus |
|---|---|
| Market Landscape | How the persona evaluates connectivity providers. What differentiates the strongest players. Where providers sound interchangeable. |
| Reliability vs. Conformity | Whether "reliable" signals strength or sameness. Where playing it safe fails. How imagination factors into credibility. |
| Why Boldyn Territories | Three candidate expressions of the Boldyn value proposition, each grounded in the imagination wedge. Tested for clarity, credibility, distinctiveness, and natural language fit. |
| Proof Requirements | What evidence the persona expects behind a positioning claim. Types of projects, outcomes, and metrics that drive real purchase decisions. |
| Recommendation Language | How the persona would naturally describe what makes Boldyn different. Captures market-native language. |
| Gate | What Boldyn Reviews | Decision |
|---|---|---|
| Gate 1 | Personas, profiles, attributes, vertical mapping | Approve personas before interviews begin |
| Gate 2 | Discussion guide, five-section IDI structure | Approve guide before interviews begin |
No fieldwork starts until both gates are cleared.

| Week | Activity | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Build respondent personas. Submit for approval (Gate 1). Finalize discussion guide (Gate 2). Conduct first 3 dynamic IDIs. | madeXus → Boldyn approval |

Total duration: 2 weeks from kickoff to completion.
Agreement that the final articulation feeds directly into global messaging and future sales and communications efforts.
